Machine Description:

1. The machine speed is about 1000PCS/hour, only 1 worker is required to operate.

4. The liquid inlet pipe, anti-reverse flow film, liquid discharge pipe, and bag shape are automatically formed and welded on one machine.

5. Automatic welding equipment for urine bag, including welding pipe, welding reflux film, welding bag body, cutting, etc.

6. PLC control system, touch screen interface, easy to operate, with counting function to facilitate users to set output.

7. The fault alarm system can be displayed on the touch screen, which is convenient for personnel to quickly troubleshoot.

8. The water circulation constant temperature system ensures that the mould is at a constant temperature and makes the welding process of the medical urine bag consistent.

1. Double turntable type feeding device, roll the material on the drum.

2. One anti-reflux film device, 2 sheets of roll film.
